STEPS TO APPLY
The Indiana District AG offers credentialing twice a year in the Spring and Fall. We only accept applications for ordination in the Fall.
STEP 1: Credentialing Pre-Application Form
Click the applicable link below to fill out the Pre-Application Form. Once we receive your completed application, a member of the IDAG Credentialing Office will be in contact with you.

STEP 2: Credentialing Application Fee
The credential application and payment link will be emailed to you after you have completed the Pre-Application Form.
Credential application fees are as follows:
- Certified $125
- Licensed $125
- Ordained $125
- Reinstatement $125
Once a completed application is received by our office, a member of the IDAG Credentialing Team will be in contact with you.
